เมื่อเวลา 11.30 น. วันที่ 2 มี.ค.60 พ.ต.ต.วรนันท์ ศรีล้ำ รองโฆษกกรมสอบสวนคดีพิเศษ ให้สัมภาษณ์กับสื่อมวลชน กรณีที่ดีเอสไอได้ออกหมายเรียก ผู้ที่มีพฤติกรรมขัดขวางและปลุกระดมในพื้นที่ประกาศมาตรา 44 ประกอบด้วย 1.นายอัยย์ เพชรทอง 2.นางกชกร ไชยวาน และ 3.นายพยุง อุณหิต โดยกำหนดให้มารายงานตัวต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ ภายในวันที่ 3 มี.ค.60 หากไม่มารายงานตัวก็จะแจ้งความไปที่สถานีตำรวจเพื่อติดตามตัวมาดำเนินคดี ที่กองบังคับการตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนภาค1 ตำบลคลองห้า อำเภอคลองหลวง จังหวัดปทุมธานี
เมื่อวานช่วงเย็นมีการควบคุมตัว นายอัยย์ เพชรทอง ให้มารายงานตัวที่กองบังคับการตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนภาค1 และทางเจ้าหน้าที่ได้บันทึก พร้อมปล่อยตัวไปชั่วคราว และนัดส่งฟ้องศาลจังหวัดธัญบุรี ในวันที่22 มีนาคม 2560 โดยมีข้อแม้ว่าห้ามไปเกี่ยวข้องหรือชุมนุมกับศิษย์ยานุศิษย์วัดธรรมกายอีก

ส่วนกรณีที่พระสนิทวงศ์ วุฑฒิวังโส ผู้อำนวยการสำนักสื่อสารองค์กร วัดพระธรรมกาย ที่ไม่มารายงานตัวตามหมายเรียก ทางเจ้าหน้าที่จะไม่ออกคำสั่งเรียกอีก ถ้าพบเจอที่ไหนสามารถเข้าจับกุมได้เลย
นอกจากนี้ทางด้านศิษย์วัดพระธรรมกายที่ออกมาเรียกร้องว่าการตรวจค้นตามหมายค้นได้หมดวาระไปแล้วนั้น แต่มาตรการทางกฎหมาย 5/2560 คำสั่ง คสช. ข้อ 3 (6) บอกชัดเจนว่าพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่สามารถเข้าตรวจค้นสถานที่และจับกุมผู้คนตามหมายจับได้ทุกเมื่อ
